Order placed January 18 and shipped January 29.\n\nRequested refund March 2, telling the supplier that the order was placed 6 weeks ago and that I am moving soon so likely won’t be able to receive it even if/when delivered. Supplier responded to my request saying it is being inspected. Didn’t even specify if it’s in the USA yet.\n\nStill nothing as of March 10, over 7 weeks since the order was placed. Worst experience I have had in 10+ years of ordering from overseas. |
